Sort Workflows
You can define the sequence of workflows across workflow types. This influences the sequence of the workflows in the Favorites and My Workflows areas on the device, see also My Workflows.
Personal workflows are arranged in the order in which they are created after the workflow from which they were derived.
To sort workflows, proceed as follows:
Open workflow list
In web administration, click Workflows in the menu.
Set the workflow sequence
In the list of workflows, click Set Workflow Order.
The Set Workflow Order list shows all the workflows present in the system. You can recognize the workflow category by the icon at the beginning of the line (if you move the mouse pointer over the icon, the tooltip shows the name of the workflow category). If a check mark appears after the icon, this is the default workflow for the category.
- Select one, or by holding down the Ctrl key, several workflows.
- Sort the workflows using the arrow keys:
sets all selected workflows to the beginning
sets all selected workflows one position higher
sets all selected workflows one position lower
sets all selected workflows to the end
- Finish the sorting with Save.
If you have never saved the workflow order, the native workflow order is used.
